Registration

Fees

Participant Fee: 120 euros
Student (undergraduate) Fee: 75 euros

Participant/Student registration fee includes:

    • Attendance of all virtual conference sessions
    • Conference proceedings (in electronic format)
    • Access to the recorded presentations after the Conference
    • Certificate of Attendance

Important Note for Student Fees:
A proof of the student status is required to confirm the Student Fee, available for undergraduate students. Proof consists of a copy of the student’s ID card and needs to be sent to the Conference Secretariat via email at ​[email protected]​ within 48 hours after the registration submission. After this time, the Student Fee will be invalid and the Participant Fee will apply.

Terms and conditions

Cancellation/Refund Policy for Registration Fees:
A total refund of all prepaid fees will be made, excluding an administration charge of 15% of the total amount, for cancellations made in writing before 21 September 2020. No refunds will be made for cancellations after 22 September 2020. The authors should pay their registration the latest by ​20 September 2020​ to ensure that their paper will be included in the program.

Transfer of Registrations

All fully paid Registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to the conference secretariat.
Details must include the full name of the replacement person, their title, contact phone number, and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.

Conference attendance

Only registered participants will have access to the Virtual Conference sessions.
